I’m building an end-to-end Software-as-a-Service solution for an intelligent mobility start-up and need a seasoned team that can move fast without sacrificing quality. The platform must ship an MVP quickly, then scale into an enterprise-grade product that our clients can rely on daily. Core functionality we have already validated with customers includes: • Multi-surface content push (mobile, web dashboard, in-vehicle displays) • Route optimization that adapts in real time to traffic, demand and fleet constraints • Real-time analytics so operators can make data-driven decisions on the fly Subscription management, user onboarding, secure roles/permissions, and a clean admin panel are also expected as part of the first release. Please centre your proposal on how you would architect, develop and deploy this SaaS platform—from choice of cloud services, databases and mapping/telemetry APIs, to CI/CD, testing strategy and post-launch support. Demonstrate previous work where you have taken a comparable product from concept to launch, and outline milestones, timelines and team composition so I can gauge fit immediately.
