I have several Excel/CSV files that hold customer details and I need them ready for a clean import into my Odoo CRM. The data set combines names, contact information, full addresses with demographic notes, plus a column of call notes that must be preserved. The main task is to standardise every sheet so the column headers match Odoo’s expected template. While you do that, please remove obvious duplicates and leave the data itself untouched—no re-writing phone numbers or changing formats unless a header fix requires it. Once finished, I should be able to drop each file straight into Odoo’s import wizard without validation errors. Deliverables • One master file (or separate files if you prefer) with Odoo-ready, standardised column headers • A short change log explaining any duplicates removed or structural adjustments made I work in Google Sheets and Excel, so either format is fine for the final hand-off.
