I started a routine Prestashop upgrade and it went sideways: the store’s visual theme vanished and, more importantly, the payment gateway is now completely disconnected. My priority is to restore full payment processing so customers can buy again without errors. If you can also re-apply the original design (or point me toward the quickest theme recovery), that’s a plus, but the checkout has to work first. You’ll be diving into a live shop that was mid-update, so I need someone who knows Prestashop core, module compatibility, and payment API troubleshooting inside out.
