I have a sewerage infrastructure project underway and now need a fully built-out project schedule prepared in Oracle Primavera P6. I can share the draft sequencing and a rough sketch of the work breakdown, but the overall structure still needs polish. The schedule must clearly show every major milestone and deadline, map resource assignments to activities, and define all task dependencies so that critical-path and float are obvious at a glance. If a more refined layout or custom coding is required inside P6, feel free to suggest improvements; I am open to best-practice formatting rather than a rigid template. Once complete, please provide: • The native .XER (or XML) file created in Primavera P6 • A PDF or Excel export that summarizes the key dates, resource loading, and critical path Acceptance is based on the schedule opening without errors in Primavera P6, logical relationships passing a basic schedule quality check, and all agreed milestones reflected accurately. I may later request progress and resource reports, so laying a solid, well-structured baseline now is important.
