I’m assembling our non-profit’s next paper membership directory and need a clean, print-ready template I can update with new data each year. I’ll supply the member information as a CSV; what I need from you is the layout itself, delivered both as an editable file (InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or Word—whichever you prefer) and a press-quality PDF I can take straight to the copier. Scope of pages • Cover page: straightforward placement of our logo, the directory title, and publication year—no elaborate graphics, just balanced typography that looks professional when printed in black-and-white or color. • Opening section: two short background pages—one for our mission statement and history, another listing the current Board of Directors. Please style these so I can drop in text and swap board names easily. • Membership listings: three distinct groupings pulled from the same data file. Each member entry must show Name, full Contact Details, Membership Duration & Status, and the member’s Spouse Name. A clear hierarchy, consistent spacing, and legible fonts are key because many of our members are older and prefer larger type. Data handling Set up the directory so future updates are painless: link the CSV through data-merge or table styles, include field placeholders, and give me a short note explaining how to refresh the data without breaking the layout. Acceptance criteria 1. Editable source file + print-ready PDF delivered. 2. Stylesheets, paragraph/character styles, or table styles clearly labeled. 3. Sample merge using 5–10 dummy records to confirm fields flow correctly. 4. All fonts either system-standard or outlined/embedded. If this sounds like a project you can turn around quickly and neatly, I’m ready to send over the logo, brand colors, and the initial CSV.
