I need a private social-networking web application that my close colleagues and I can use every day. The core of the platform will be classic Email-and-Password authentication so new members can register quickly and manage their own credentials. Once inside, each user must have: • a personal profile page that they can edit at any time • a real-time messaging system for one-to-one and group chats • an integrated media gallery where photos and short clips can be uploaded and browsed • live-chat rooms plus high-quality video-calling so we can hold quick meetings without leaving the site A continuously updating news or activity feed would be a welcome extra, but the five features above are the priority. The interface should feel modern and work smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers, and I’m happy to hear framework suggestions—React, Vue, Node, Django, or anything you feel is the best fit—as long as the final codebase is clean, documented, and easy for another developer to extend later. I’ll test the build against these criteria: every feature listed works end-to-end, audio/video quality is stable on common browsers, and account handling (registration, login, password reset) is secure. Source code, deployment instructions, and a brief README are the final deliverables.
