These are apps that help users not only consume music content, but also play, learn, practice, create, interact, and enjoy the process.Our goal is to make music feel more approachable, engaging, and human for beginners, hobbyists, and people who want to bring more music into their daily lives.We are looking for a Product Manager who will not wait for perfectly detailed instructions, but will proactively identify opportunities, take ownership, and move the product forward together with the team.ResponsibilitiesOwn the user journey from the first purchase to the end of the customer lifetimeIdentify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTVWork with mobile app functionality, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, content flows, learning flows, and engagement loopsBuild and prioritize the product roadmap together with leadership, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and creative teamsRun product discovery through user behavior analysis, market research, competitor analysis, support feedback, and product analyticsWrite clear product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment briefsLaunch and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, retention, engagement, and monetizationTrack product metrics, build conclusions from data, and make ship / iterate / kill decisionsCollaborate with UA, PMM, creative, ASO, and growth teams to improve the full funnel from acquisition to long-term retentionProactively identify problems and act without waiting for detailed instructionsRequirements3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile productsHands-on experience with iOS and/or Android app development processesStrong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization modelsProven experience improving product metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, activation, or engagementExperience working with mobile product teams: engineers, designers, QA, analytics, marketing, and product leadershipStrong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and experiment interpretationAbility to work with ambiguity, define priorities, and move initiatives forward independentlyExperience writing clear product requirements and leading initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, release, analysis, and iterationEnglish level sufficient for working with international teams and analyzing global market referencesHiring process:ScreeningTest TaskTechnical InterviewFinal interviewEmployee Benefits:Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio.
