The overall look should follow a clean, professional healthcare style—calming colours, clear typography, and reassuring imagery that instils trust at first glance. The entire site must be responsive so patients on mobile can navigate and book just as smoothly as those on desktop. Scope of work • Five public pages: Home, About, Services, Appointment Booking, and Contact • A lightweight Admin Dashboard focused on one core function—managing incoming appointment requests (view, confirm/decline, mark as handled). • Appointment form visible to visitors, sending data straight to the dashboard and triggering an automatic email notification to the clinic’s inbox. • Basic CMS elements so staff can tweak texts or images without touching code (page headings, service descriptions, doctors’ bios). Technology is flexible; recommend the stack you feel delivers speed, security, and easy hand-off. Whether that is a simple Laravel + Blade setup, a small React front end with a headless CMS, or a WordPress implementation with custom blocks, I am open to suggestions as long as performance stays fast, the admin panel remains intuitive, and the result can be hosted on a standard shared or cloud VPS environment. Acceptance criteria 1. Design matches the agreed healthcare aesthetic and renders flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. 2.
