Professional Medical Writer Needed for Long-Term, Project-Based Collaboration I am seeking an experienced and highly rigorous medical writer for a long-term professional collaboration across clinical research and scientific publication projects. I work according to demanding academic and methodological standards. The selected writer will collaborate with me on a project-by-project basis and will be expected to produce scientifically sound, critically developed, well-organized manuscripts rather than superficial summaries of the literature. 1. Assignments may include: Case reports and case series Original research articles Systematic reviews +/- Meta-analyses Scoping reviews Narrative reviews Research protocols Manuscript revisions and responses to reviewers...etc. 2. Every assignment must begin with a clear writing plan outlining: The manuscript structure The purpose of each section The main arguments and scientific messages The evidence required to support each point The key message 3. The writer must demonstrate: Strong critical analysis Logical organization and manuscript structure Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, biases, and methodological limitations Accurate interpretation of clinical and statistical findings Clear distinction between results, interpretation, and speculation Excellent academic English Familiarity with international biomedical journal standards Strict respect for deadlines and agreed deliverables AI-use policy 4. Generative AI must not be used to draft, fabricate, or develop scientific manuscript content. I apply a formal AI-use charter that must be read, accepted, and strictly respected throughout the collaboration. 5. All submitted work must be original, evidence-based, traceable to reliable scientific sources, and produced through genuine scientific analysis. 6. Compensation is fixed according to: Article type Scope of work Timeline and publication stage This is not an hourly position !! 8. Applicants should have: - A medical, biomedical, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, or related scientific background - Demonstrable experience in medical or scientific writing - Experience preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals - Strong PubMed and academic literature-search skills - Knowledge of research methodology and biostatistics - Experience following reporting guidelines such as CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, or relevant EQUATOR Network guidance - Ability to work independently while responding constructively to detailed feedback - Mastery of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis methodologies is a BIG PLUS +++ 9.
