Professional Toolkit PDF Enhancement

Descripción de la oferta
I have already written and tested a four-part workplace toolbox; what I now need is a design-minded professional who can turn the draft files into a polished, easy-to-navigate PDF. All the content and framework are finished—I am not looking for additional text, only for someone who can bring structure, clarity and a clean visual hierarchy to what already exists. The priority is visual presentation. A consistent, business-ready layout with professional fonts and well-thought-out typography will make the material easier to read and quicker to apply on the job. While the finished file must be a PDF, please keep future print runs in mind as you set margins, headings and styles. Scope of work • Re-organise pages and sections where necessary so users can move effortlessly between the four tools. • Apply a coherent typographic style (headings, sub-headings, body, call-outs) that feels modern yet practical. • Refine tables, checklists and any diagrams so they are legible at a glance. • Incorporate simple navigation aids—page numbers, mini-contents, internal links—without adding explanatory text. • Return a press-ready, fully bookmarked PDF plus original, editable source files (InDesign or similar). Acceptance criteria • All existing text remains intact and unaltered. • Pages follow a single style guide for fonts, spacing and colours. • Internal links and bookmarks function correctly. • Final PDF opens without font substitution warnings and is under 20 MB. If you have experience turning manuals, guides or workplace resources into clean, professional deliverables, I’d love to see examples of similar PDF work.
