Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement This Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement is entered into by and between the Owner of AGRIMNT QC and the responding Freelancer. 1. Purpose. The parties wish to disclose to each other certain confidential technical and business information relating to the development, architecture, data flows, and compliance strategies of the AGRIMNT QC software platform for the sole purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship. 2. Confidential Information. Confidential Information means any proprietary information, technical data, trade secrets, software designs, feature logic, database structures, or business plans disclosed by either party, whether orally or in writing. 3. Obligations of Confidentiality. Each party agrees to maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
