Project Description I am a licensed Florida real estate professional marketing two active residential listings in Naples and Fort Myers. I am NOT looking for social media posting, Canva graphics, generic AI-generated content, basic websites, or a marketing strategy document. I can already perform these tasks myself. I am seeking a proven real estate buyer lead-generation and property marketing specialist who can help generate qualified buyer inquiries, showing requests, and real buyer/agent engagement for two active listings. Objective Develop and execute a measurable 30-day buyer acquisition campaign designed to reach buyers beyond normal MLS exposure. The campaign should consider: Meta and Google paid buyer lead generation Retargeting and compliant housing advertising Relocation buyer marketing Second-home and seasonal buyer acquisition International buyer exposure where appropriate Buyer and real estate agent outreach Lead capture and tracking Campaign optimization based on actual results What I Need From You Tell me what you can do that I cannot easily do myself.
