We are looking for a highly experienced software developer to act as a Proxy(Stand-in) Developer in US-based hiring interviews. 1. Responsibilities ● Attend hiring interviews (HR, Technical, Final) on behalf of the candidate using a provided US based profile. ● Speak fluently and confidently in English at a C1- C2 level. ● Represent the candidate as a genuine professional and handle all interview stages successfuly. ● After successful hire, optionally continue with technical work or simply act as the face during meetings if needed. 2. Requirements ● 5+ years of proven software development experience (preferably in Full Stack, Backend(.NET, Java and so on), DevOps, AI/ML or Cloud environments). ● Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level or native-like fluency). ● Prior experience attending interviews or proxy projects is a strong plus. ● Ability to handle live coding or technical Q\&A if required 3. Compensation ● 40/60 salary split. ● For example: - If the hired job pays $7,000/month (including Tax 15%), you will receive $2,800/month, - If you can get 2 jobs and handle them, then you will receive around $5,000 ~ $6,000 ● Paid monthly after the candidate receives payment from the company. 4. Additional Info ● All roles are fuly remote ● US, Latam, EU-based profiles wil be used. ● You will not be required to share identity or documents.
