We are assembling a reliable pool of publication-design and layout specialists for a potential long-term contract with an international organization. The formal contract has not yet been awarded, and no immediate work or minimum number of hours is guaranteed. We are currently looking for candidates who can provide: • A strong portfolio demonstrating at least four years of experience in publication and editorial design • Experience designing reports, brochures, booklets, fact sheets and presentations • Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Canva • Experience creating infographics and clear data visualizations • Understanding of accessible PDF production, appropriate colour contrast and general WCAG principles • Ability to deliver organized, fully editable source files with all required assets • Availability for occasional collaboration during New York business hours • Details of your standard and urgent hourly rates • Languages you can confidently support for multilingual layout and adaptation • Willingness to sign confidentiality, intellectual-property and subcontractor agreements if selected Typical assignments may include publication layout, technical and results reports, brochures, presentation decks, infographics, data-driven visualizations, social-media assets and multilingual adaptations.
