I have completed a clinical study and now need it transformed into a well-structured manuscript suitable for submission to a PubMed-indexed journal. I will supply all raw data, tables, figures and preliminary notes; however, the introduction and literature-based background still require significant development. Your main task is to weave a concise, up-to-date literature review into a compelling introduction that clearly positions our findings within the current evidence base. From there, I’d like the full article drafted—including abstract, methods (already outlined but requiring polishing), results (to be presented in the clearest statistical language), discussion, conclusion and appropriately formatted references—so that the piece reads seamlessly and meets common journal requirements (IMRAD structure, Vancouver referencing, word limit checks, etc.). Speed is important: I hope to review a solid first draft as soon as possible, then iterate quickly toward a submission-ready version. Familiarity with CONSORT guidelines, PRISMA flow diagrams (if needed for cited reviews) and reference managers such as EndNote or Zotero will help keep everything accurate and traceable. Accuracy, clarity and an academic tone are essential; the finished manuscript must be ready to survive peer review.
