The Community Health & Social Care Wanstead & Woodford Cluster works with adults with varied needs, including physical disabilities, dementia, Parkinson's, Autism, Multiple sclerosis(MS), Head Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, Learning Disabilities, etc., from 18 years to the end of life. The working pattern is a hybrid system – 2/3 days in the office and the rest remotely. The work times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The candidate Will be on rota every 4 weeks to work on duty.
