I’m putting together a clean, research-backed database of every licensed commercial real-estate broker active in Quebec, with a focus on South Shore, Gatineau, Montréal, and Québec City. For each broker I need: • Full name exactly as it appears on their OACIQ licence • Direct professional email address (this is the priority field) • Direct phone number • Number of sales transactions closed in the past five years—sales only, no leases • Primary geographic area or sub-market where they operate Please trace the transaction counts to publicly verifiable sources (Centris, Co-Star, brokerage press releases, etc.) so I can audit them quickly. I’m only interested in brokers who currently hold an active commercial licence; remove duplicates and exclude assistants or residential-only agents. Final deliverable: one Excel (.xlsx) file with a tidy header row and a separate tab briefly noting the data sources you consulted. I will review the sheet for accuracy, completeness, and bounce rate on the emails before releasing final approval, so aim for current, high-confidence contact details.
