I need an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper who can step in immediately, review my existing data and leave the file fully up to date. The work centres on day-to-day bookkeeping: bringing in and categorising outstanding transactions, reconciling each bank and credit-card account, and making sure the chart of accounts is clean and meaningful. Once everything balances, I’ll also need current Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow reports exported for my records. Deliverables • All open transactions for the last two quarters posted to the correct accounts • Bank and credit-card registers reconciled to a zero difference against statements • Streamlined chart of accounts (merge or rename where needed) • Final P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow reports delivered in PDF and Excel I’ll provide accountant-level access to QBO plus scanned statements as soon as we kick off. The assignment is complete once the reconciliation screen is clear and the reports tie back to statement balances. Let me know when you can start and your preferred way of checking in while you work.
