I need an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to complete all 2025 bookkeeping by August 3 (categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing clean reports for my CPA), then continue with ongoing monthly bookkeeping for 2026‑current, with optional cleanup of 2023–2024 later. I would love to work with you going forward for monthly account reconciliation. I’ve managed my own books for 21 years for a small creative/independent business with inventory purchases, sales, consignment income, and standard expenses, and I can answer questions as they come up but need someone who works independently and understands catch‑up bookkeeping. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification and experience with inventory or product‑based businesses strongly preferred. Please share your hourly rate, estimated hours for the 2025 catch‑up, timeline, and relevant experience.
