I’m launching a service-based IT company and want QuickBooks Online ready before our first invoice goes out. The account is brand-new, so everything— from the chart of accounts to user permissions— needs to be put in place. The core of the job is configuring Invoicing and Expense Tracking so they flow cleanly into reports that make sense for an IT-services model. I also need a tailor-made chart of accounts that reflects how we bill labour versus recurring support contracts, plus any other categories you know are critical for a young tech firm. Bank feeds, tax settings and basic automations (rules, recurring entries, reminders) should all be set up and tested. Deliverables • Fully configured QuickBooks Online file, live and ready for daily use • Custom chart of accounts aligned to IT-services revenue streams and expense types • Sample invoice template and one expense workflow tested from receipt upload to reconciliation • Short hand-off document or recorded walkthrough so my team understands how to operate what you build • customized chart of accounts, products and services, customer and supplier setup, bank and payment-gateway reconciliation, multicurrency transactions, recurring invoices and subscriptions, prepaid customer balances, accounts receivable and payable, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax readiness, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end closing procedures, accounting SOPs, user permissions, training and final handover. The engagement is one-time, but if the rollout is smooth I’ll likely return for ongoing support.
