I’m closing out our fiscal year in QuickBooks and need an expert who can quickly step in to tidy everything up. The work starts with a full reconciliation of all bank, credit-card, and loan accounts so every ending balance matches the December statements. Once the books balance, I want clear, error-free financials pulled straight from QuickBooks and packaged for my CPA. That means accurate profit & loss and balance sheet summaries along with any supporting schedules the tax team will ask for. After reports are verified, the final task is compiling the year-end tax file—general ledgers, 1099 summaries, and any other source docs—so everything is truly “tax ready.” I’ll provide secure access to the company file and be available to answer questions about unusual transactions or missing details. Deliverables 1. Reconciled accounts through year-end with reconciliation reports saved in QuickBooks. 2. Finalized financial statements exported to PDF and Excel. 3. Consolidated tax package (GL, supporting schedules, and backup) delivered in a single folder.
