Project Overview We are looking for an experienced GenAI developer to build two types of knowledge-base AI chatbots for our business. 1. Website embedded RAG chatbot (the standard web customer support bot, can be embedded into WordPress websites via JS snippet) 2. WhatsApp AI chatbot powered by the same RAG knowledge pipeline. The chatbot should retrieve answers from uploaded documents (PDF, FAQ text) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, not only hard-coded replies. Core Requirements: Web Chatbot - Floating responsive chat widget, can be embedded into WordPress / static HTML sites - RAG pipeline: document ingestion, vector database, LLM integration, conversation memory - Streaming output for AI responses - Simple admin panel to upload & update knowledge files - Independent backend architecture, decoupled from website CMS WhatsApp Chatbot - Integrate with official WhatsApp Cloud API / Twilio (We DO NOT accept unofficial personal account solutions like Baileys due to account ban risk) - Reuse the same RAG knowledge base as the web bot - Support context retention, smooth handover to human agent What we expect from you in your bid: 1. Attach links to your previous finished chatbot projects / portfolio demos. Lab experiments without live deployment are not preferred. 2. Briefly introduce your technical stack (Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector database, LLM provider etc.) 3. Explain your architecture plan for both web widget and WhatsApp channel. 4. State your delivery timeline and total fixed-price quotation.
