Scope of Work – Rate, Review & Vote Website Develop a fully responsive, SEO-friendly Rate, Review & Vote website with a modern UI/UX and a comprehensive Admin Panel using the latest stable technologies. People will search these terms and will find us – Such as:- • "Top Rated Cars of 2026" • "Most Trusted Hotels Based on User Ratings" • "Highest Rated Movies This Year" • "India's Top Rated Jewellery Brands" Public Website • Complete UI/UX Design & Development • Responsive Homepage with custom design including latest & eye-catching graphics. • Dynamic Category Pages & Dynamic Item/Review Pages. • Advanced Search, Filters & Sorting • User Login for publish review/remark. • User Ratings, Reviews & Voting. • Top 5, Top 10, Trending & Latest Sections (Cards) • Footer with Contact Form. • Advertisement Section. Categories The Admin should be able to create, edit and manage desirable categories (initially developer will create & populate around these categories – 1. Businesses (Any Company), 2. Movies, 3. Cars, 4. Bikes, 5. Travel Destinations, 6. Hotels, 7. Restaurant, 8. Educational Institutions, 9. Shops, 10. Websites, 11. Products (Fashion, Medicine, Ayurvedic, Jewellery, Cosmetic etc any), 12. Electronics Gadgets (Mobile, Tablet, Laptop, Games, Wearables), 13. 1Various Services (Dr, Adv, Consultants, Recruitment Agencies, Travel Operators etc, 14. OTT Web series/Movies, 15. Personalities (Actor/Politician/Comedian/Broker/Socialist/Blogger etc.) without requiring future development. Each category shall have its own customizable rating parameters, specifications, and evaluation criteria managed from the Admin Panel. For example: Cars (Mileage, Safety, Performance), Hotels (Location, Cleanliness, Service), Restaurants (Food Quality, Ambience, Service), Movies (Story, Acting, Direction). The system should support unlimited category-specific parameters without requiring future coding changes. Editorial Reviews • Create/Edit/Delete Editorial Reviews, Rich Text Editor. • Drop Down Selection (Top 5, Top 10, Most Trusted, Top Rated, Interesting Facts About) • Star Rating, Pros & Cons. • Image & Video Support. • Draft/Publish. • SEO Settings & Dynamic URLs. User Reviews • User Submitted Reviews including image & videos. • Rating & Voting System (Helpful Vote & Un-helpful Vote) • Admin Approval/Disapproval. • Users should have profiles with review history, contribution score, badges, and reputation levels to encourage quality reviews. User will not able to remove any review until not approved by admin. • All pages should support optimized sharing on Facebook, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms with proper preview images. • Businesses and admins should be able to reply to user reviews with moderation control. • Users or brand representatives can request corrections, updates, or additional information on existing review pages. Admin approval will be required before changes are published.
