I will provide an initial batch of menus currently used with clients who have diabetes, cardiac or hypertensive concerns, food allergies, and maternal / postpartum nutrition needs. Your role, as a U.S.-licensed RDN or CDN, is to: • Audit each menu against evidence-based medical nutrition therapy guidelines, flagging anything that exceeds agreed macro or micro targets, sodium limits, or allergen requirements, and then revise the meals so they pass clinical review. • Create additional seven-day menu rotations from scratch for the same four condition groups once the audit is complete. For every menu set, document calories, full macro split, key micronutrient values, daily and per-meal sodium ceilings, exact portion sizes, and explicit allergen notes, then add your professional sign-off (state and license number included). I plan to share these files with healthcare and community partners, so deliver them in a polished, partner-ready format—PDF is ideal, though Excel or Word is fine if it better supports nutrient calculations. The project is finished when I receive clinically compliant, signed menus for each condition category. When you apply, list the U.S. state where you’re licensed, your registration number, and highlight any past work with chronic-condition or maternal nutrition populations.
