We are currently looking for a skilled developer to build and finalize the **Interactive Dental Tooth Chart & Clinical Workflow** module. Below is the complete project scope and technical breakdown required for the assignment. --- ## Core System Modules & Architecture ### 1. Admin & Subscription Management (Plan Builder) * **Platform Price Book:** Centralized administration tool allowing system admins to manage subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Pro, and Enterprise). * **Flexible Pricing & Taxation:** Supports configuration of monthly and annual pricing (stored in integer pence to prevent float drift), custom trial lengths, seat limits, dynamic feature flagging, VAT-exclusive flags, and custom quote/contact-sales overrides. ### 2. Clinical Charting Architecture (The Tooth Chart) The platform handles clinical workflows by distinctly separating historical baselines from active treatment plans and completed operational histories: * **Base Chart (Existing Conditions / History):** * Captures the patient’s oral baseline prior to current clinic engagement (missing teeth, prior restorations, root canals, and chronic conditions). * Rendered as historical/neutral states on the visual tooth chart and treated as non-billable context. * **Open Treatment (Proposed / Planned Care):** * Active treatment plans diagnosed during examinations (cavities needing fillings, extractions, crowns). * Color-coded on the graphical interface to outline pending chairside work and generate upfront financial estimates or consent workflows. * **Completed Treatment (Rendered Services):** * Procedures transitioned from "Open" to "Completed" once physically executed by the clinician. * Automatically shifts items into the patient's permanent ledger, updates the visual chart symbols, merges them into the persistent Base Chart, and unlocks the data for billing and insurance claims. * **Recall System:** * Automated periodic preventive maintenance tracking (check-ups and hygiene appointments). * Calculates custom recall intervals per patient risk level and triggers targeted notifications to secure continuous care cycles. ### 3.
