I have a small Todo app built with React hooks that keeps everything in the browser via localStorage—no database or external state library, just useState throughout. After I added simple filter tabs (All / Active / Completed) by following a YouTube tutorial, three issues appeared: 1. A freshly added todo often disappears after a full page refresh. 2. Editing one item sometimes changes a different item instead. 3. Hitting “Clear completed” while on the Active tab deletes tasks that are still active. In your bid tell me what you think causes problem number 1.
