I run a real estate brokerage and need an ongoing VA to take property photos I already have and get them posted correctly. I will provide the photos and the write up for each property. You select the best images, add our logo to the shortlisted ones, post them to Facebook with the write up, then upload the same listing (photos and write up) to our website. **Scope of work per property:** - Review a folder of photos and select the best ones for the listing - Add our logo to each shortlisted photo (logo file provided) - Post selected photos to Facebook along with the write up I provide - Upload the same photos and write up to our website (WordPress), creating or updating the listing - Keep formatting and photo order consistent across listings **Requirements:** - Comfortable with WordPress, able to add or edit listings without guidance - Comfortable posting to a business Facebook page - Comfortable using Canva or similar to add a logo watermark to photos - Good eye for selecting clear, well lit, flattering property photos - Detail oriented, able to follow a consistent format every time - Reliable, able to turn around a batch of properties within an agreed timeframe **Volume:** Approximately 10 properties to start, with new listings added on an ongoing basis. This is part time work, not a full time role. **Budget/type:** Flat rate per property (no write up needed, photos and text provided) **To apply:** Please share an example of a WordPress site you've added content to, and a business Facebook page you've posted on, if you have one.
