Website • The desktop and mobile web experience has to load fast, scale elegantly on every screen, and be simple for my team to update. Think property showcases alongside an easy way for visitors to request or book cleaning services, read testimonials, and contact us. I’m open to WordPress, a lightweight headless CMS, or a fully custom admin; recommend what makes the most sense for performance, SEO, and long-term maintenance. Mobile apps • Native-quality iOS and Android apps should mirror the website’s look, content, and booking flow. Push notifications, user accounts, and an integrated scheduling / booking module are high on my wish list, but I’m happy to hear alternatives that achieve the same user experience with less overhead. What I need from you 1. A concise tech-stack proposal (front end, back end, database, CMS, and your preferred mobile framework). 2. A phased timeline with realistic milestones; I’ll review an initial demo first before we proceed to full build-out. 3.
