I have a steady stream of warm-to-cold real-estate prospects and need someone who can jump on the phone, in clear American-sounding English, and turn those calls into calendar-ready meetings for me. You’ll be working from a script I provide, so the focus is on your phone presence, persistence, and ability to keep the conversation flowing naturally. Your primary objective on every call is simple: secure a time on our calendar. While doing that, you’ll also confirm or update each lead’s contact details in the shared CRM. I supply the leads, the script, and the software; you bring the upbeat attitude, a quiet workspace, and a solid internet connection. You will receive access to our CRM system and will be making constant updates to that per call. Each agent will be scored based on success If you have proven experience in U.S. real-estate phone work, sound genuinely local on the line, and love the thrill of converting cold prospects into booked appointments, let’s get started. Bid rate = Monthly rate for full time work (50 hours a week) Make sure to tell me in your response that you understand that your bid is your monthly rate and the job is 50 hours a week (or your bid will be ignored).
