The project is to build a clean, responsive informational website that presents my real estate brand online. The site must follow the logo, colour palette, and typography laid out in my existing brand guidelines, which I will supply at project start. Core content areas I want live on launch are: • Company overview that conveys our mission, services, and team • A blog/news section I can update regularly with market insights • A contact page featuring an enquiry form, phone, email, and an embedded map of our office WordPress is preferred for its user-friendly CMS, yet I am open to another framework if it offers equally simple content editing and good SEO foundations. The finished site should load quickly, display correctly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, and be set up with basic on-page SEO and Google Analytics. Hand-off is complete when I receive the fully deployed site, admin credentials, and brief instructions for adding future blog posts and updating contact details.
