I need a performance-driven media buyer to keep my residential real-estate funnel full of qualified investor leads. You will be given active ad accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and full access to our existing creative library. Here’s what I expect: • Strategy & Funnel Mapping – outline the lead-gen journey and recommend the best offer angles for investors interested in residential property. • Campaign Build – launch Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, set up audiences, tracking pixels, and conversion events. • Continuous Optimisation – monitor data daily, adjust bids, budgets, creatives and copy, and A/B test headlines, hooks and videos for lower CPL and higher appointment rates. • Reporting – provide weekly dashboards that clearly show spend, cost-per-lead, booked calls and ROI, with insights on next steps. I value people who live in the numbers, insist on rapid creative testing, and can clearly explain why something worked—or didn’t.
