I need an interactive revenues dashboard that pulls data directly from our Real Estate CRM and turns it into clear, up-to-date visuals. The key metrics are monthly revenue, sales broken down by agent, and individual property performance. All team members should be able to open the dashboard at any time without special permissions or role restrictions, so the final solution must support unrestricted view-only access. You are free to recommend the most suitable BI environment—Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or a lightweight web-based alternative—as long as it can connect securely to the CRM, refresh automatically, and let me rearrange or add charts later without coding. Deliverables • Secure data connection to the CRM with scheduled refresh • A single, well-structured dashboard page featuring the three metric groups (monthly revenue, agent sales, property performance) with drill-down capability • Simple instructions for adding new widgets or data sources in the future I will provide CRM API credentials and sample data on project start; you hand over the finished dashboard plus the editable source file or workspace access.
