I need a clean, modern website that lets visitors browse and explore the properties my real-estate firm represents. The entire focus is on presenting listings attractively and intuitively so potential buyers can immediately see what makes each home or office unique. Core goals • An elegant property-showcase front end—fast loading, mobile-friendly, and SEO-ready. • Backend controls that allow my team to add, edit, and archive listings without touching code: address, price, images, description, and any relevant tags. • A clear navigation structure so users can jump to location or property type with minimal clicks. I’m comfortable with a custom Laravel build if you can demonstrate quicker performance or easier upkeep. Whichever stack you choose, make sure it supports high-resolution image galleries and is ready for future upgrades such as search filters or map integration. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website on our hosting with SSL configured. 2. Admin guide (PDF or short Loom video) stepping through adding a new listing. 3. Source files and any design assets (Figma, XD, or PSD). 4. Two rounds of post-launch tweaks for bug fixes or small UI adjustments.
