Project: Real-Time NSE Stock Scanner We are looking for an experienced consultant/developer to build a real-time NSE stock scanner using the FYERS API. The scanner should monitor all NSE-listed stocks and scan the running 1-minute candle. It should not wait for the candle to close. The scan should refresh every 15 or 30 seconds (configurable). The scanner should display stocks immediately whenever any one of the configured conditions is met. Scanner Criteria A. F&O Stocks Trigger if any one condition is true: 1. Current 1-minute Open × Current 1-minute Volume ≥ ₹80,000,000 2. Current 1-minute Volume ≥ 6 × Average Volume of the last 2000 completed 1-minute candles 3. Current Price Change from current candle Open ≥ +0.30% or ≤ -0.30% B. Non-F&O (Cash) Stocks Trigger if any one condition is true: 1. Current 1-minute Open × Current 1-minute Volume ≥ ₹40,000,000 2. Current 1-minute Volume ≥ 10 × Average Volume of the last 2000 completed 1-minute candles 3. Current Price Change from current candle Open ≥ +0.60% or ≤ -0.60% Requirements - Scan the complete NSE stock universe. - Scan the running 1-minute candle before it closes. - Refresh interval should be configurable (15/30 seconds or custom). - All scanner parameters and thresholds should be fully customizable. - Results should update automatically and be displayed with the latest detected stocks at the top. - The scanner should identify which condition triggered for each stock. Please Include in Your Proposal 1. How you will scan the complete NSE universe while efficiently handling FYERS API limitations. 2. The technology and architecture you propose to use. 3. How you will maintain live 1-minute candle data and historical data. 4. Expected refresh time and detection latency. 5. Estimated development timeline. 6. Fixed project cost with milestones. 7. Similar projects or relevant experience. The objective is to build a reliable, scalable, and low-latency scanner that can be enhanced with additional scanning strategies in the future.
