I am an indie developer working on a game called Resign Idle in Unity. It is a comedic/satirical clicker game about surviving terrible work shifts, managing fatigue, and building up enough anger to finally quit. I want to maintain the game's current gritty, realistic, and slightly dark visual tone, but I need custom, human-made digital illustrations to replace my current placeholder art, as well as cohesive promotional art for store pages. What I Need: I need a skilled 2D digital artist/illustrator to create high-quality, realistic assets for both in-game use and marketing. 1. Background Environments (3 in total): Convenience Store (Night Shift): Dark, rainy atmospheric interior. Counter, tip jar, shelves. Workplace 2: (Doplníš podľa hry, napr. Startup Office) Note: The backgrounds must be atmospheric and realistic, but structured so they do not visually distract from the neon UI panels. 2. Character Portraits (3 Characters x 5 Versions = 15 Portraits total): I need 3 distinct characters (workers). For each character, I need 5 variations showing their progression through the shift (e.g., fresh/neutral, slightly tired, completely burned out, angry, and quitting). The style must be realistic, highly detailed, and expressive to capture the burnout and satire of the game. 3. Promotional & Storefront Art (Capsules & Banners): 1x Main Key Art: A high-quality promotional illustration capturing the "Earn. Burn out. Quit." vibe, featuring the main character(s) and the store setting. Store Resizes: Re-formatting this Key Art into standard storefront formats (Steam Main/Small Capsules, itch.io cover, Google Play Feature Graphic, and App Store banners). Exact dimensions will be provided upon hiring. Provided Materials: I will provide a screenshot of the current game layout so you can see exactly where the UI panels sit and what the current realistic placeholder vibe looks like. All UI elements (buttons, progress bars) are already done and will remain exactly where they are. Requirements: Strong portfolio showcasing realistic digital painting/illustration (environments and human portraits). Ability to deliver high-resolution, layered PNG/PSD files.
