On each call you’ll briefly introduce my company, outline the key services we provide, and fully qualify the homeowner or buyer before passing the contact to me. I’ll supply a call list, a concise background sheet on my brand, and a simple script you may adapt to your own style. You’ll record key details—name, best number, email, motivation, and timeframe—into my CRM (or a shared spreadsheet if you prefer). No hard selling, no pricing discussions; just spark interest, confirm they want more information, and tag the result.
