Project-based (i.e. I'll pay you to set things up in Go High Level) 2. Commission-based - the more leads you get, the more you get paid. Please don't answer the ad if you're not ok with that. I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can keep my real-estate workflow running smoothly. Day to day you’ll be posting new property listings on Zumper, Facebook Marketplace, and Zillow, then jumping into my Go High Level CRM to clean up, tag, and segment incoming leads so every prospect is easy to track. **Responsibilities** * Create and maintain your own accounts on platforms such as Zumper & PadMapper * Post and manage rental property advertisements using your own platform accounts (not the realtor's accounts). * Copy & past listing info directly from Realtor.ca (I'll provide you with the lease listing addresses) * Copy information from existing listings and accurately recreate/repost ads on approved platforms. (I'll provide you with the PARAMATERS with which you can search these leads, YOU will be the one to do it) * Monitor active ads and notify(+) the realtor of inquiries, issues, or removed listings. + "Notify" means: "set up an automated system whereby the leads end up in my CRM" * Maintain organized records of where and when listings have been posted. **Time Commitment** * It takes approximately 8 minutes to download the data from the listing (pictures and description) and re-post it. You should be aiming for 20-30 postings daily. **Requirements** * Experience with online classified websites and social media platforms. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Good written English skills. * Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently. * Ability to create and manage multiple online posting accounts as needed. **Primary Objective** Generate lease leads by maximizing online exposure for rental listings through consistent and accurate ad posting across multiple platforms. **Compensation** * You will be compensated on a LEAD basis. * The more leads you bring in, the more you're compensated. Key deliverables • Every new listing live on the three platforms within 24 hours of receiving photos and copy • All contacts in Go High Level fully filled out, de-duplicated, and placed in the correct pipeline stage daily • A tidy digital workspace: inbox at zero, files named consistently, and weekly summary of what was organised If you already know the quirks of Go High Level and have posted to these property sites before, you’ll hit the ground running. Clear, timely communication is essential; I’m in EST but flexible on your working hours as long as deadlines are met.
