We are looking for an experienced freelance Marketing & Branding Specialist to help us rebrand and strengthen the online presence of JobPoint, a Dutch staffing and recruitment agency. About the project We want to modernize and professionalize the JobPoint brand and create a stronger, more consistent identity across our website, social media and other marketing channels. We are looking for someone who can look at our current branding from a strategic and creative perspective and advise us on what can be improved. We are open to new ideas and would like the freelancer to bring their own expertise and creative input rather than simply following a predefined brief. The project may include: - Reviewing our current brand identity and positioning - Developing a rebranding concept and visual direction - Improving or refreshing our existing logo and visual identity where necessary - Defining a suitable colour palette, typography and visual style - Creating consistent branding guidelines - Reviewing and improving our website's visual presentation and user experience - Reviewing our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram presence - Developing a stronger social media and content strategy - Creating ideas/templates for social media content - Improving our employer branding and recruitment marketing - Developing marketing ideas to attract new candidates and business clients - Strengthening JobPoint's positioning compared with other Dutch staffing agencies - Providing practical recommendations that we can implement after the project Skills we are looking for: - Branding & Rebranding - Marketing Strategy - Social Media Strategy - Recruitment Marketing - B2B Marketing Experience working with recruitment, staffing, HR, B2B or service-based companies is a strong advantage. We are open to different tools and do not require specific software. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools is a plus.
