Hydronest, my fast-growing water-products firm based in Pune is looking for an experienced recruiter to help us source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple positions. We need someone with proven recruitment experience who can efficiently identify qualified candidates and coordinate the hiring process. Roles to Hire * Field Salesperson * Telecaller * Dispatch Coordinator Responsibilities * Source candidates through relevant job portals and networks * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments * Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates * Maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants * Provide regular recruitment updates * Assist in closing positions within agreed timelines Requirements * Previous recruitment experience, preferably for operations, sales, and administrative roles * Strong sourcing and screening skills * Excellent communication and coordination abilities * Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Deliverables * Qualified candidate shortlist for each role * Interview scheduling and coordination * Hiring progress reports * Support until positions are successfully filled
