I need a hands-on recruitment partner who can take complete ownership of filling several entry-level positions across our BPO and customer service teams. You’ll begin by actively sourcing fresh talent on LinkedIn, the major job boards, and any relevant social media channels, screening profiles for strong communication skills and a genuine customer-centric attitude. Once you have a solid shortlist, you’ll conduct the first-round interviews, probing for cultural fit and trainability before passing successful candidates to me for final approval. After offers go out, I’m counting on you to guide each new hire through the onboarding paperwork and first-week orientation so they hit the floor ready to perform. Deliverables • A qualified pipeline of entry-level candidates sourced from LinkedIn, job boards, and social media • Interview notes and recommendations for every shortlisted applicant • Completed onboarding documentation for each confirmed hire This is a fast-moving environment, so clear daily updates and quick turnaround on candidate feedback are essential.
