We are looking for an experienced **Freelance Recruiter** to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a growing manufacturing company. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial phone screening interviews, and submitting only candidates who meet the required qualifications for each position. Responsibilities * Source qualified candidates using professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. * Conduct initial **phone screening interviews** to assess each candidate's qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability. * Complete the company's **Candidate Screening Form** for every interviewed candidate. * Submit a **shortlist of at least five (5) qualified candidates for each position**, including: * Updated CV * Notice period/availability * Completed Company Candidate Screening Form Requirements * Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. * Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills. * Experience recruiting for manufacturing companies is highly preferred. * Ability to communicate effectively with candidates in English. * Ability to deliver high-quality candidates within the agreed timeline.
