I need an experienced recruitment partner who can build and maintain a steady pipeline of multilingual professionals for a variety of long-term engagements across my organization. Your role will be end-to-end: sourcing talent, conducting initial screenings, validating language proficiency, and presenting a concise shortlist that I can move directly to final interview. You will have full access to our existing ATS and may supplement it with your own tools—LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, or professional networks—so long as every step remains GDPR-compliant and fully documented. Quality matters more than volume; I’m expecting thoroughly vetted candidates who can integrate quickly and stay engaged for the duration of each project. Deliverables for each hiring cycle: • A brief market overview summarising the talent pool you tapped • A shortlist of 3–5 pre-screened candidates, complete with résumés, language assessment results, interview notes, and verified references • A clear timeline outlining candidate availability and expected onboarding dates Successful collaboration on the first round will lead to ongoing assignments, so I’m keen to establish a smooth, repeatable process together.
