I am building a nation-wide network of energetic Campus Ambassadors for INTERNVIEW and need a recruiter who can make it happen quickly and at scale. Your core mission is to identify enthusiastic, responsible students in engineering, degree, MBA and other colleges across India and bring them on board as active promoters of our internship and training programs. Here’s what success looks like: • Secure a steady pipeline of ambassadors who excel in Communication and outreach—the single most critical skill for this role. • Prioritise WhatsApp for day-to-day engagement while still leveraging LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and other channels for discovery and follow-ups. • Forge collaborations with: – Placement cells – Student organizations – College clubs • Keep every ambassador motivated: share regular content, answer queries quickly and ensure they hit their referral targets so we receive quality student registrations. • Track progress in a simple sheet or dashboard and send me concise weekly updates on numbers recruited, colleges covered and registrations generated. If you already have experience recruiting campus reps, handling student outreach or driving education marketing campaigns, you’ll find this straightforward.
