I need an experienced recruitment consultant who can quickly build a pipeline of full-time, remote customer-service professionals for my company. Your focus will be on sourcing and assessing candidates with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, then guiding them right through to the offer stage. You’ll work independently, using your own networks as well as mainstream tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern ATS platforms. I’ll share our competency framework, brand guidelines, and salary bands; you’ll translate that into attractive job ads, prescreen questions, and an interview flow that highlights both soft skills and service mindset. Key deliverables • A shortlist of at least five hire-ready candidates per vacancy, each validated through a structured interview and reference check • A brief written assessment for every shortlisted applicant that explains how they demonstrated communication strength and problem-solving ability • Weekly progress updates outlining sourcing channels used, funnel metrics, and any bottlenecks you’re facing Success will be measured by time-to-shortlist, interview-to-hire ratio, and ultimately the quality of the first 90-day performance of the people you place. The engagement can extend to onboarding coordination if your background supports it, but the immediate priority is filling these customer service seats swiftly.
