I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly locate and secure senior-level talent for two critical tracks in my organization—Customer Support and Virtual Assistant roles. Every hire must come with demonstrable leadership and mentoring experience, sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, and solid industry-specific knowledge that lets them add value from day one. Here’s how I see the engagement flowing: • You refine the job briefs with me, ensuring each requirement is crystal-clear. • You source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates, focusing solely on professionals who already operate at a senior tier. • You conduct the first-round interviews, digging into leadership stories, real analytical wins, and domain expertise. • You present a concise shortlist with interview notes, assessment scores, and your hire/no-hire recommendation. • You coordinate final interviews and handle reference checks so I can move straight to offers. Success for this project is simple: at least two hire-ready finalists per position who meet every must-have criterion above.
