I run a fast-growing rental company that specialises in luxury villas complete with swimming pools, private parking and landscaped gardens. Bookings and guest enquiries are climbing quickly, so I need an experienced recruiter who can build a first-class customer support team from the ground up. Your mission is to attract, screen and place customer service professionals who understand the nuances of the rental industry, can speak confidently about villa amenities, and deliver a warm, solution-oriented experience across phone, chat and email. You’ll handle the entire talent-acquisition cycle: crafting compelling job ads, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, running structured interviews, coordinating skills assessments and guiding successful candidates through to contract signing. Key deliverables • A shortlist of at least five qualified customer support candidates within two weeks • Detailed interview notes and scorecards for every applicant you speak with • Final recommendation report highlighting salary benchmarks, onboarding needs and a proposed start date schedule I’ll provide the brand guidelines, current SOPs and access to our HRIS; you bring your network, ATS expertise and persuasive communication skills.
