Growing real estate company needs an experienced recruiter who can take full ownership of filling our entry-level Property Manager openings. The goal is to present me with a shortlist of qualified, motivated candidates who understand the fast-paced, customer-service-focused nature of the real estate industry. Here is what I expect you to handle from start to finish: Sourcing: Proactively search LinkedIn, industry job boards, local real estate associations, and any other channels you trust to uncover fresh talent. Screening: Review résumés and conduct the first round of phone or video interviews to verify experience, soft skills, and cultural fit. Shortlisting: Deliver a concise report on the top candidates, including their résumés, interview notes, and your recommendations for next steps. Coordination: Schedule my interviews with the finalists and keep each candidate informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. Because these roles are entry-level, I’m looking for someone who can spot potential rather than just past job titles and who is comfortable explaining the basics of property management and our company values during the screening calls. Success for this project means having at least three strong, hire-ready candidates in my inbox within the agreed timeframe. If things go well, there is room for ongoing collaboration as our hiring needs expand.
