I’m ready to scale my remote team and need a dedicated recruiter who can quickly present qualified candidates for two profiles: • Virtual Assistants focused on customer support and email management. • Data Entry specialists who can handle database updates, transcription, and rigorous data verification/cleansing. Your day-to-day work will centre on proactive sourcing through job boards, social media campaigns, and professional networking platforms. I’m looking for someone who already knows where the best remote talent hangs out, how to craft hooks that attract them, and how to screen for attitude as well as skill. Deliverables I expect from you: 1. A short-list of pre-screened candidates for each role, complete with résumés, portfolio links or test files, interview notes, and your hiring recommendation. 2. A brief weekly progress update summarising outreach volume, response rates, and any pipeline bottlenecks. 3. Smooth hand-off once finalists are selected, including scheduling of my interviews and reference checks. Success for this project means I can extend offers to at least two Virtual Assistants and two Data Entry professionals who are ready to start within the agreed timeline.
