Website Developer Needed – Recruitment Agency Website (Data Center & Telecommunications) I’m looking for an experienced website developer/designer to build a modern, high-converting website for my specialist recruitment business. Our business operates within the Data Center and Telecommunications sectors, placing both permanent and contract professionals across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, APAC and North America. This project is not just web development. I need someone who can: * Design a premium, modern website. * Develop the website from start to finish. * Write and implement professional, SEO-friendly content. * Advise on the best user journey and conversion strategy. * Optimise the site for lead generation from both clients and candidates. * Ensure the website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile. Essential Requirements * Proven experience building recruitment agency websites (this is a must). * Strong portfolio of recruitment websites you’ve designed and developed. * Experience writing recruitment-focused website content. * Strong understanding of SEO and Google best practices. * Ability to integrate enquiry forms, job board functionality (or ATS integration), LinkedIn links, and CRM integrations where appropriate. * Excellent communication throughout the project. Website Style I’m looking for something that is: * Clean and premium. * Corporate but modern. * Fast loading. * Designed to generate enquiries. * Built with scalability in mind.
