I need a reliable assistant who can take over the day-to-day upkeep of our job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn. Your primary focus will be posting ads—both launching fresh listings and keeping current ones up to date—so our openings stay visible and accurate at all times. Here’s what I expect: • Create new job ads from the predefined descriptions I supply, selecting the right categories, keywords, and visibility options on each platform. • Monitor existing ads, refresh or repost them before they expire, and tweak titles or locations when we shift hiring priorities. • Keep a simple tracker of what was posted, when it was refreshed, and any platform notifications that need my attention. All job descriptions, role criteria, and brand guidelines are ready for you; just plug them in and make sure everything looks polished and consistent. Familiarity with Indeed Employer Dashboard and LinkedIn Recruiter (or Recruiter Lite) will help you move quickly from day one. If you have a proven track record managing recruitment postings and can commit to prompt, organized updates, I’d love to work together.
